Vista Cay ResortReviews of vistacayholidays.com

Been staying at these apartments for 15 years and watched them slowly decline. We are fed up with dirty apartments, broken appliances, missing cutlery, plates, dishes, cookware, broken beds, broken and filthy patio furniture. Clogged drains with hair, taps dripping black mould gunge. Buying cleaning products to try to address these issues. We complained to Millenium management virtually every time we went and to be fair to them their hands are tied because the owners of the apartments will not refurbish these old and tired units. Millennium management make this their excuse. Yes they may upgrade you to another apartment but the upgraded apartments are very old and in need of repair. Do not think you will get a new or remodelled apartment they will give you excuse after excuse. The clubhouse swimming pool used to be cleaned every morning now it’s not. Our apartment had a clear view of the pool and nobody cleaned it. Chemicals were added and samples taken but no cleaning. This is all a real shame it’s in a perfect position but the problems outweigh the advantages. So after banging my head against a millennium wall for years we finally decided our money is better spent in some more worthwhile accommodation. *Note* I hope this review gets lots of attention as I’m sure Trust Pilot will print this truth.

Stayed here for 3 weeks recently. The apartments are owned and managed by many different individuals and companies. I had several noisy families above me and I complained numerous times and nothing was done because they didn’t manage the apartment above us. Reported it to security and again nothing was done. You can hear noise clearly from other apartments so don’t stay here, get a villa instead. The pool and bar were good, location was good but I wouldn’t return.
