When their system detects something unusual in a sender’s server reputation, it may temporarily block the message. This is an automated filter and not a manual block by anyone at VisitorsList. (A quick search of this code will show it as a MailChannels filter.) We have a standard delivery timeline for list delivery after payment. While your list was prepared within this timeframe, we acknowledge there was a miscommunication from our Business Development Associate about the timeline.
