visitor.usReviews of visitor.us

Matt at visitor.us has been ever helpful, responsive & professional from our first point of contact, going above and beyond my usual expectations in dealing with majority of businesses in today’s automated (very hard to speak with a human) World. Matt even did some deeper homework/research on some vehicles I was considering, something of which I wasn’t expecting but of course very much appreciated. Rest assured you are in good hands @ visitor.us. Best Regards - Dylan

My partner and I encountered so many headaches trying to buy a private van and register it, and Matt totally saved the day, guiding us through each obstacle with professionalism and enthusiasm. We definitely couldn’t have done it without him! The company has great systems in place to make things streamlined and they do all the hard work for you. Would 100% use them again and will be telling all our friends and family to do the same!

Hi All, I'm from Australia, and In 2018, I spent 3 months travelling the USA on a Harley, which had been a lifelong dream of mine. Fortunately I found Matt and Visitor.us and was able to purchase the bike through them. They were absolutely brilliant, without exception. I was one of Matt's first clients, and had I not found this company I would have been unable to do the trip due to the prohibitive cost of renting a vehicle for 3 months. Visitor.us has solved a Major Financial Hurdle for tourists wishing to spend longer periods in the USA. They have done it in a cost effective, hassle free, and professional manner. All the legalities, paperwork, and legwork was done by Matt, and all I literally had to do when I arrived in USA was pick up the keys and start my journey. It was an pleasure to deal with Matt, and I know of no other company that provides this crucial service for foreign tourists. I would absolutely recommend Visitor.us as the way to go in USA. Excellent service. Sure made my life easier. Definitely worth the expense.

Absolutely fabulous, I struggled trying to organise the purchase of my van from England. There were so many rules and regulations to regulate depending on which state I bought it in and which state I was registering it.. it blew my mind and was far more stress than I ended up deciding it was worth. When I stumbled across Visitor.us on a forum, it felt like a breath of fresh air. I made enquires with them straight away , and remember finding the initial contact a bit clumsy however I can’t really remember why, something to do needing to register with them first, create an account or something when really I just wanted to be able to talk to them to see if I wanted to go through the process at all. However, I’m so glad I did. Once the ball got rolling, they made everything so easy. I could finally stop pulling my hair out and going around in circles. The money spent was well worth it for me. Since my successful purchase they’ve continued to be a pleasure to work with, helping with paying road charges etc and holding my title until I need it. What initially felt like a ‘too good to be true’ service, turned out to be the best choice. I’m happy to have them on my side if I need anything. For ease, I would have preferred to be able to pick up the phone in the beginning. But we did organise I zoom chat once the ball began rolling and that was great . Thanks to Matt and the team. I am still enjoying the road x

We were planning a road trip across the US and discovered it wasn’t easy to register and insure a vehicle as foreigners. We stumbled across visitor.us and we are so glad we did. Matt answered all of our questions before we committed to payment and once we found an RV he arranged registration promptly, fedexing the papers to us at a convenient location (as we were already on the road). Throughout our dealings with Matt he has been responsive and beyond helpful and despite a 2 year disruption to our trip (due to Covid), continues to support us including renewing our registration so we can resume our trip. I can’t recommend visitor.us highly enough - Matt is knowledgeable, super helpful and completely trustworthy. It was money well spent.

We wholeheartedly recommend anyone requiring their own insured vehicle for travelling the US to use Visitor.us This trusted, long established organisation provides a hassle free process, which saved us time; worry and money when we bought (and then sold) our truck and 5th wheeler for a three-month road trip across America in 2021. Visitor.us securely set in motion (that on arrival) we had our truck, trailer, license plates and insurance waiting for us. When our vacation was over they safely organized and oversaw the entire auction sale, securing a fantastic resale price. Dealing with Visitor.us was extremely straightforward, beyond courteous and completely trustworthy. Highly recommended. Sincerely and warmly, Dr. Dirk and Laura Jacobsen.

Absolute experts when in comes to foreign travellers entering the US and getting a vehicle to travel. I used Visitor US in 2019 on a 3 month trip of the US from Australia and it was a sound experience. Would recommend them to anyone doing a similar thing. Great company to deal with. Very genuine
