I am absolutely furious and beyond frustrated with Visionary Logo and their utter lack of professionalism. For the past three weeks, I've been emailing Ethan, one of their associates, about completing one of our websites, and not once have I received a response. This is not the first time we've had issues with them. We’ve been trying to work with this company for far too long, and to date, none of our websites have been completed. Despite repeated attempts to contact them via text and phone calls, I’ve been completely ignored. Their communication is nonexistent, and their behavior is rude and unprofessional. It is clear that they have taken our money and have no intention of delivering the services promised. At this point, I will be reporting them for fraud. Do not, under any circumstances, do business with this company. They are unreliable, dishonest, and unworthy of your trust or your money.

No one should have to deal with the time delays, unprofessionalism, and lack of accountability that was experienced. The money-back guarantee that is advertised is false and misleading. It is not 100%, even when there are multiple meetings that were not attended by the representatives of this company. This company is definitely a scam—very unprofessional, and they show a complete lack and disregard of morals and ethics. They are also incredibly rude, which is evident by the amount of times my associate was stood up. Avoid Visionary Logos at all costs!
