VisaonlineReviews of visaonline.travel

.This is a scam agency. I applied for a Visa to go to Kenya. They charged me £89.00 - The application would take five "working" days, but they would not give me confirmation as to when the application would be approved and I would have to pay extra money for an for an urgent Visa application. Thankfully I found the direct Evisa application with Kenya embassy directly (etakenya) website & submitted my form paid only $30 and I received my application for the Visa within an hour of submitting my application online Do not use the service there are appalling you can't phone them and they suggest you use their chat line and their chat line is an AI bot!! So I have wasted my money as unlikely I'm going to get a refund!

It’s a scam. Go directly to government portal

The worst experience receipt for payment then nothing ... asked for update on granting the visa by email as phone doesn't work ... 2 emails to get update resulted in zero response Most untrustworthy group .... don't put yourself through the hassle

A scam. Don't use them. They are twice the price of the Kenya Govt official website!

This is a SCAM

Company is a scam. Paid for visa, got charged twice for the same visa application. then requested refund nothing only email response we are speaking with our bank to resolve. Donot use or think to use.

I purchased a last minute tour to Tanzania and applied on their website because they promised fast service for the Tanzania e-Visa. They asked for a lot of money but they don't have any fast service: 5 calendar days and $200. They probably apply on the government website just like you would. They don't have any person on site (in tanzania) to handle the process for you in an immigration office. It is better and cheaper to get the visa at the immigration office at the Tanzania airport: it took me 20 minutes and 50$. Don't waste your time with Visaonline (when I asked an update about the process before my departure they suggeted me to delay my trip! )
