me hicieron un caso muy mal estructurado, me quitaron 20 mil dolares que eran los ahorros de mi familia y me abandonaron el caso tengan cuidado y evítenlos

Encontré este bufete de abogados en Instagram. Ofrecían una consulta legal de inmigración por 10 dólares, pero una vez que pagué, me ignoraron por completo hasta que reclamé tras haber enviado 10 mensajes de WhatsApp. Si así es como actúan de manera poco profesional, la situación empeorará una vez que los contrates. Por favor, evítalos a toda costa; NO son profesionales. Siguen pensando que están en la República Dominicana y roban a los clientes. A mí me robaron y nunca recibí un reembolso.

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by VisaLex team and Attorney Luciane Tavares. My experience was marked by poor communication, lack of follow-up, and what felt like complete neglect regarding important documentation and case responsibilities. Critical documents were delayed or overlooked, and I often had to repeatedly ask for updates without receiving clear answers. They took all our money and nothing done on the case, they were hired to do a job that I paid a large amount of money for and months after everything was Paid they said they couldn’t do it , because they neglected to see documents submitted and never realized they couldn’t do what they were hired to do. Till today I fight for my refund and they neglect that as well. When dealing with legal and immigration matters, professionalism and attention to detail are essential, and unfortunately that was not my experience with this team. I felt unsupported during an already stressful process. I would strongly encourage others to carefully consider their options before trusting this firm with important legal matters.
