From the start
From the start, Joy was the most understanding out of all the service providers approached. Not only for giving us the best value, but also for her gentle communication (never pushy). She also followed up timely but not in an intrusive manner which made her stand out from the rest. Great service all in all and best price :) Can't wait for the day of trip and be thanking her alll throughout!

Purchasing airline ticket from Finn…
Purchasing airline ticket from Finn with VIP Trips was a pleasant experience. He was very attentive, carefully listened what I was looking for and delivered! He gave me plenty of time to decide if I want to make a purchase from the options he presented me with. He wasn’t pressuring me. I would gladly use his services again when it’s time to travel.

Rick was wonderful to work with
Rick was wonderful to work with. I Was skeptical at first as to whether or not this was a legit website. They answered all questions and were extremely patient. Rick listened and gave me a few options before I actually booked with them. We look forward to our trip to Italy this June.
