Bad Experience
I would like to file a complaint regarding a staff member named Ahmed at the Trabzon Airport office during the return of my rental car after a four-day rental. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. Ahmed was unprofessional, rude, and unnecessarily slow throughout the return process. He insisted that I pay 1,000 TL as a car cleaning fee, even though I have rented cars from many other companies and have never been asked to pay such a fee under similar circumstances. In addition, he wrongly claimed that I had scratched the vehicle. However, after carefully inspecting the car, he admitted that there was no scratch. This unnecessary accusation caused additional delays and inconvenience. The entire return process took much longer than it should have due to his behavior and the way he handled the situation. At one point, he even told me, “It would be better for you to rent from the international companies,” which I found to be unprofessional and inappropriate. Furthermore, when I arrived at the office to return the car, Ahmed was not present. I had to call him by phone before he came to the office, which caused even more delay. As a result of all these issues, I was delayed significantly and was at risk of missing my flight. I hope this complaint is taken seriously and that appropriate action is taken to improve customer service and ensure that other customers do not have a similar experience.
