Selena has been my main communicator throughout this entire process and she is always assisting me with any needs or concerns that I have regarding their items. This is going to be my third order from them—so excited!

I received my bag this week and it is beautiful. The customer service response was great. I would recommend to family and friends to use this site. I will be shopping in the future for myself and family.

Being that this was my first time purchasing from Fasbags, I was very nervous. However, I like that they accept credit cards (unlike other sites that has to use money transfer apps), so it made it easier for me as a shopper. My order came with tracking and arrived in pristine condition! It was carefully wrapped, so there were no damages during the delivery process. My bag also came with a dust bag. Highly recommend!
