This is my 2nd bag I have ordered. Katherine, as always was very professional, compassionate and personal. Her patience is way above 5 stars She sends you pictures of the best quality bags that they have. If you are on the fence, go ahead and order you will not be disappointed. Looking to order a 3rd bag. 9

I have gotten two purses now from this company and they are both of the highest quality I get the verses within 10 days to two weeks which is a miracle to me and they always come by FedEx beautifully packaged thank you so much I will continue to shop with this company

This is for Helen, Azura & Billy. I’ve been a customer for quite sometime but I had a problem w/ a pic of a bag AND the strap length AND exactly how it looked IRL. I feel very foolish because we went back & forth & I just couldn’t understand it! They were BEYOND patient w/ me even tho I had a total brain freeze & not only did they send me pics but also a YouTube link that made me - AT LAST - go “Oh! NOW I get it!” Never once did they say “You fool! It’s obvious!” (Which frankly I would’ve) The Fasbags staff is AMAZING & their bags & shoes are incredible. They really went out of their way & I can’t emphasize enough how patient & kind they were! Even after I said “Ok, I’ll take it!” they sent me MORE pics & asked, “Are you sure?” How many companies do THAT?! I’ve bought SIX pairs of shoes from them & I wear a size 9! Each one was PERFECT! Thank you Fasbags!

Great experience doing business with this site. Katherine is very responsive and attentive to my questions. I love all my bags and the quality is spot on.

I ordered two pairs of shoes from your site and I already received the first pair and like it very much . Azura helped me a lot and we communicated via text. She always responds and answers all my questions.Excellent customer service!! Because of Azura, ill keep ordering from your site in the future !!

Azura was a great help. Her thoroughness and assistance to make sure I am as ordering the right product that I wanted in the correct size was great customer service. She even verified on a separate order he color LV mules I wanted as I did not realize they came in gold buckle and black buckle and she got me the black ones I wanted. Thank you!

I received the duffel today and I love it. Customer service was so helpful when the original one I ordered wasn’t readily available, so I picked out something else. I can’t believe how much I love this thing. Thanks to you. John M
