Before making purchase, I read all the reviews and compared all the products. Frankly I was very skeptical before buying, but I am so glad I took the plunge and went ahead. Azura has really set the gold standard for customer service! 100/100. It's refreshing to see about such dedication and genuine care in helping customers, especially in today's fast-paced world.. She was very patient in answering all my questions by providing me with different pictures and weeks of communication back and forth. I chose a bag which was not available on their website, but Azura went above and beyond and made sure I got the bag I liked. If you’re hesitant about purchasing from this site, don’t be..
