My Gucci purse is very nice!! Thanks to Eric for helping me every step of the way. I have never had a customer service experience where they were readily available and answered every question via text promptly. He was reassuring and patient with me. My order was shipped express and I received it 2 days earlier than expected. I am highly satisfied with my experience and I will be ordering again!
