This website promised to offer a refund without any conditions but refused to do so for me. It's like they just took my money without giving a refund. I'm so disappointed and my trust has been betrayed.

I subscribed to this program, but after watching the content inside the course, I did not find the value I was looking for or anything worth subscribing to this course or challenge. When I decided to withdraw from the course and get my money back, knowing that there is a 14-day money-back guarantee and I was within the period and did not exceed it, I later found out that this clause only applies if I subscribed to the course or challenge and was unable to access it due to an issue on their end. This clause is stated on the terms and conditions page but was not explained at the beginning of the course or on the course joining page. When I contacted them, they told me that I had exceeded the required limit of the course and could not get my money back, even though I explained my situation to them, but they did not understand it.
