Support team takes forever to respond. I deposited $100 to take out my winnings and now when I look it says I deposited $99 so now I have to deposit another $100? w** BEWARE ITS A SCAM !! I have to buy premium status which is $500 and then I can get my winnings. Read the terms of use the day before and the next day it’s a whole lot different like how does that happen??

I successfully deposited $200 but when withdrawing it was not possible. They again asked me to deposit 1 amount corresponding to the balance to withdraw money. You require me to have an amount of $ 100 deposited to withdraw $ 2482, but at the first time I deposited $ 100, your account told me that I only deposited $ 99 not eligible for withdrawal. I made a 2nd deposit of $106, it was eligible for withdrawal, but I couldn't believe that when I entered the withdrawal address, I was told that my account was in error. ☆So why did I send a help response but got no response. ☆☆☆SCAM:

My experience with Viorn is not what the other have said. I would say it was the complete opposite. This is what happened to me . I am going to start at the beginning. I was given $100 No Deposit Bonus. Which I thought was Great because I could see if I would blike the casino without losing any of my own money. I never thought I would win with it. Which by the way I found out after making an account con only be used on the jackpot feature and by the way minimum bet is 100$. Which when I found that out I was a little disappointed but I thought I would give it a shot at this point I really wasn't expecting much to come out of it. So I placed my bet. But to my amazement I had won and I won big . I was excited because my Birthday was in a few days and I really thought that for the first I would have extra money to go and do something for my birthday. So like you would expect I went to withdrawal my winnings. Only to find out that I couldn't. So contacted customer support they said I had to a minimum deposit of 100$ to withdraw my winnings after asking them to make sure bi could withdraw I deposited the $100 .So after depositing I went to withdrawal my winnings only to find i couldn't so once again I contacted customer support,. Only this time after explaining that it still said I couldn't withdrawal after making my initial deposit. I was told that because I won over 12k the only way to withdraw that much was to upgrade my account to premium which in order to do that I had to make a deposit of at least 500. Ok now remember this on a $100 no deposit bonus. Once again I asked the customer support if I would be able to withdraw after making the depositi was told yes ,So even though I didn't have any extra money , I still had my rent money because I had to pay it later that day. Thinking I was going to have more than enough to pay my rent because it was only supposed to take 15 min to withdraw I sent them the 500 out of my rent money. Went to withdrawal only find i still couldn't. Then they told had to synchronize my wallet which took me most of the night to do ( which by the way if you have any funds in the wallet I would be careful because you have to give them your Memnomic passphrase which I was advised not) When that was done I went to withdrawal only to find out I couldn't. Now they said I had to have at least 20 percent bof what I won already on my wallet to withdraw. At this I gave up and told them I just wanted a refund of the 600 hundred I sent them to withdrawnny winnings. I was told they Could refund but it wouldn't be done untill the first of june. I was furious and upset, So after getting upset with them and realizing that arguing with 5hem wasn't getting anywhere I told them to just refund me only I got no response so I logged out so I could start a new conversation with them only to find i couldn't log back in kept saying wrong password, So now I have noway of paying my rent and no way of knowing weather they are going to honor what I was told about my refund. Should I heer back from customer supportbby email which I have sent several with screenshot of part of the conversation with support telling me yes I could withdraw after depositing the 500 attached to the email. I will revise my review. So I have not gotten a response I am only writing this so people will know. So they have all the facts to make an informed decision for themselves. I am including this information at the request of viorn the say they need it . Jmorgan72 is my username. They now want the ticket number which i was not given. And my login info which i saved to google no longer work ,and no forgot password can no longer access my account aside from the ones on my tablet that i had downloaded. I have screenshot of the web receipts from cash app showing the bitcoin addressi sent it to as proof i am a real account holder at viorn or was at the time this accurred. Seeinghow this seems the only way i can getb a response. So much for great customer service.

this scam web when I first started with the arrival bonus I got a jackpot worth 12,000 dollars but to be able to withdraw the money I had to deposit 500 dollars and make the account premium but after I made a deposit the balance I received was only 496 dollars and the account I owned had not become premium and they asked for a deposit another 500 dollars to be able to change the account to premium. because according to their rules accounts with a balance of more than 10000 are required to have a premium account to be able to make withdrawals. in the end I played the account until there were 4000 dollars left so that the account didn't reach 10000 dollars but still unable to make a withdrawal. I hope no more people get stuck like me. Be careful
