My VIOFO A119V2 recently stopped recording. After contacting customer support it was determined that the micro SD card needed to be reformatted with the most current version. I was provided with the format file and instructions on how to use it. It worked as expected and the camera is now back to normal. Technical support staff provided quick and thorough assistance.

I recently purchased the VIOFO A329S 2-Channel dash camera, and I've been very impressed with both the product and the customer support. The dash cam was easy to set up and has been working flawlessly since installation. I have it connected to my BlackVue battery pack, which allows me to use parking mode without any issues. The video quality is excellent, and the overall performance has met my expectations. I also contacted VIOFO with a few questions about the dash cam. I had to reuse the sticker when moved to another car. Requested a backup static sticker from Viofo. Layla in customer service responded promptly, professionally and delivered static stickers plus the adhesive pads should the used one I had used fails. Ten stars for the product and customer service. Be patient installing hardwire and you'll end up with a clean install.

The viofo A229 dash cam has been a great product, excellent clarity and detection. What really got me to write this email though was their surprisingly great customer service. I had an accident with the 20ft cable that connects to the rear camera. After sending an email and corresponding, they sent me a free replacement! Thank you, Annie. I appreciate the amazing service, and I’m happy I roped my partner into being a viofo customer too.

Ich hatte ein Problem mit meinem Hardwire-Kit. Obwohl die Garantie für meine Dashcam bereits abgelaufen war, hat der VIOFO-Support extrem schnell, freundlich und absolut kulant reagiert. Mir wurde kostenlos ein Ersatzkabel zugeschickt. Ein wirklich großartiger Kundenservice, den man heute nur noch selten findet! Absolut empfehlenswert.

I currently have an A119 Mini 2, and my wife has my old A119. Both great devices! 2 Weeks ago I was in an accident, and the gps module got left in my vehicle when it was hauled away. I emailed Viofo to ask if they sell replacements. I included my order info (which was two years old) and got an email back very quickly.... they were going to send me that module at no-charge. THAT is great customer service. I was not expecting that at all!

If you can get CSP Layla to address your concerns - you are in good hands. Trust us. --------------------------------------------- On Technicalities: set up menu is overwhelming and, in fact, unnecessary for the majority of the cases. Especially GMT time zone, bitrate: these could easily be moved into what is normally known as "Advanced" section. Another suggestion is to conduct internal (within the device) card test: would help to filter out those that won't fit.
