I’ve got a VIOFO in both of my vehicles and they have been fantastic. But the icing on the cake is the support if you should need it. A piece broke off of my mount (probably due to the extreme heat wave we’ve had) and the camera would no longer hold in position. Within hours of asking for help, the support team sent me a replacement piece with so little effort I was amazed. No back and forth, no 50 questions, no selling your soul (or children). Just quick, concise assurance that they had my back when I needed it. There is no reason to work with another company for me. Thank you VIOFO!

I took the camera on recommendation, I did not regret it. At first there were problems with voice commands, their service came to my aid and helped solve the problem. Recently the camera suddenly stopped working, but with quick intervention and pleasant communication, the problem was solved by sending me a new camera. I really have no complaints, every recommendation, service at the level. Thank you, VIOFO team.

I have multiple cameras from Viofo, one in each of my cars, and have installed them in the cars of friends and family. They have been great and at very reasonable price. Recently I had a camera randomly stop working after two years and the company was very responsive and worked with me to handle repair service and resolve the issue quickly. I plan on putting these into any car I purchased that doesn't have built in cameras.

Not only is the product great, and works great, when it eventually *was* time to get service for one of their devices, the responses were immediate, kind, and solved all my problems in a very very satisfying manner !! Definitely a sign of a company that WANTS to have a solid reputation with it's customers !!
