I contacted Viofo about a feature request- mirror the front camera on an A329, so I could use it as a rear view camera. Annie Shi responded saying the easiest way to accomodate this would be to make a custom firmware for me. I said this was fine and was asked to wait a while while they completed the request. A month later and it was done! Works great! The A329 is the only Starvis 2 dashcam with video out so it is perfect for this task. Very few companies offer this level of support. Viofo, however, is known for it- there are plenty of posts on the Dashcamtalk forum where users have made requests and gotten results. Viofo is also active on this forum and directly helps users there. Thank you Viofo for your great support backing your great products!

I contacted Viofo support when my A129 plus duo became unresponsive. Cassie helped me out and had a replacement dash cam sent to me (and a new GPS mount since I accidentally sent that back too... whoops). The new dash cam works great so far and the whole process was so incredibly smooth I almost couldn't believe it. I am genuinely very thankful for Cassie and Viofo for their help with this.

I honestly didn't expect much when I reached out about an issue I had with my dash cam. I was blown away with the quality of the support I received! Communication was great, and support was quick and accurate. It is not often you get this level of support these days. Really great to see!

Viofo was very responsive and helpful when my sticky pad no longer was very sticky. Sent me new ones free of charge and camera has worked great.

I highly recommend this brand! We've been using the VIOFO-A139 model for a few years and the features are really worth it but unfortunately due to another person's mishandling, the cable connecting the lens and camera cable snapped and we were truly distressed. I contacted their support and I was promptly assisted by Annie Shi who was very capable, considerate and patient in helping me order the replacement cable. She assisted me very efficiently and I received the new cable in less than a week in my country and we carefully installed it to the unit and it now works as great as before. They really go above and beyond in providing excellent customer service and after sales support. It goes to show that a good brand like Viofo is worth investing in. Product Quality is a 10/10 very durable and we had no issues with the unit itself. Customer Service and After Sales 15/10!
