Linda in customer service to the rescue!! Mercedes needs longer power cables. The HK6 Hardwire Kit wasn't long enough as the fusebox is under the passenger seat. One Chat convo with Viofo Support and they're sending me a longer one for a very small fee. Totally worth it! It didn't expect free but got it a great price and FAST. Thanks Viofo and Linda. I recommend Viofo. Picture is tight. Customer Service responsive. No hassle.

I reached out to VIOFO support due to a shipment delay caused by a Canada post strike, the support was not only rapid but very friendly. They had already organized another shipment with a different company and sure enough I received my order within a short period of time. Big shout out to Nancy Ma and Annie Shi at VIOFO support. I had an issue with my vehicle camera, which I purchased several years ago through an authorized dealer. I contacted Viofo through the website support service, and was replied to in a reasonable time. Cassie Walked me through the debugging process and several tests. This proved to be a faulty camera. Cassie offered me some options on how to go by getting a replacement camera. I opted to send my camera in for replacement for a small fee, since my camera was out of warranty. The new camera arrived and is working as expected. I currently have two a129 cameras in my vehicles, and just purchased another for a family member. I value a company with great service, a great product and one that stands by their products. It shows in the workmanship, as I have been happy with mine for about 6 years now.
