A branded high-endurance microSD card sold by Viofo suddenly prompted to be reformatted regularly, after a few months of use. I provided the agent, Cassie J., with a brief list of troubleshooting I had already performed, and after some brief additional verification, a replacement was sent directly to me. What more can you ask for?

Customer service is great, even after owning my camera for a few years. They are friendly, responsive, and suggest fixes for what any issue may be. Reasonable shipping fees for replacement parts, quick shipping. I have owned my Dashcam for a few years now and have been very happy with the customer service - they have treated me like a valuable customer from day of purchase and beyond.

Their cameras are superb, that's already common knowledge. I want to talk about their customer support which is just as good. I recently had an issue with my rear camera and bluetooth remote button. Viofo's customer support tried their best to assist me, they offered me several solutions and checked in with me to see if any of them worked. After each solution failed, they offered to send me a replacement free of charge which I'm very grateful for especially since my purchase was 2 years ago and I doubt I still have coverage. I would definitely recommend them, if not for their cameras (which are truly amazing quality) then for their customer support.

I made the purchase and had difficult installing with the static film as it kept coming off, contacted Viofo support and was able to get help and was able to install and are now very satisfied with the Dashcam. I had previously own Blackview Dashcam and hated but Viofo Dashcam made all the problem i had before disappear. Some of the thing i noticed and liked are: - Quick connectivity to my phone as well as downloading captured file - Easy to use app - Quality is great, love how smooth and crisp the video is - Best feature is the Lock, allowing me to lock the video and save to lock section instead of me searching for the video. - Great support, understand my issue and resolve quickly. I have already been telling many about Viofo Dashcam to others so they can be assured if any problem happens, it'll be recorded in great quality...

I purchased a BP100 battery pack to use as a source away from my vehicles battery for park mode recording. I am on my second generation of Viofo dashcams for my vehicles. Overall, I have been very pleased with their performance. The capacitors eventually failed on my older units (after more than four years), which caused the video clip that was being recorded when the power was removed to become corrupted. I recently upgraded to the newer A119M Pro units. The improved image sensor and upgraded connection to my mobile phone are fantastic. I had a few questions and some feedback for the technical support team, and they replied extremely quickly. They were very responsive to my questions and suggestions. Their outstanding customer support really makes a difference in my overall experience!
