Package never arrived. I don't even know how to properly express the depth of my frustration right now. I paid for the new A329 dash cam, memory card, and hardwire kit. The package shipped but very soon became stuck at customs. The company has been NO help. Exactly how long do they expect me to wait for the stuff I paid for? One month? Three months? Six months? I ordered a dash cam because I needed it quickly. How is this an acceptable way to operate a business? I plan to try and research this on my own, but this whole experience has been awful.

We bought 2 A229Plus models very recently. Fortunately only had one installed cuz that one doesn't work. The phone app won't connect with the dashcam and Viofo Support is non existent. Their mailbox is full so you get undeliverable email messages only when reaching out for support. Then, there's no tech support phone number except in China which I called and the voicemail message in Chinese disconnected, not allowing me to leave a voice message. Have reported this to Paypal who has contacted Viofo for a response, but this company has yet to respond. Next thing, I'm noticing all kinds of new Viofo ads on You Tube. Seriously folks, stay clear of this company. I have a new Viofo installed in my car (paid $385 to have it professionally hardwired) and now, I'll have to remove the camera and get another brand. PayPal will fortunately return our money. We are willing to send the cameras back, provided Viofo sends pre-paid tracked and insured postage labels. These cameras are not fit for purpose and if they are meant to work, Viofo is not interested in offering any kind of tech support to get its phone app connected to its dashcam. An utter disappointment. Beware!!!

We bought three A139 cameras and all 3 have had major issues starting from as early as 3 months. Two cameras routinely shut off and come back on over and over again while driving. They also routinely freeze seemingly at random. One camera lost the ability to connect to Wifi and would not record at all. After several weeks of Viofo giving me a hard time, they finally agreed to replace the camera. I sent the camera back at my own expense only to have a replacement that still wouldn't connect to Wifi. it did record though, so I kept it. Fast forward several months and that camera has also failed. I contacted Viofo yet again and this time they made me pay for a replacement AND send my existing camera back at my expense. They promised to send the replacement as soon as they had the payment and tracking number. I did as requested right away. Several days later I contacted them to inquire (again) about the replacement and was sent a tracking number that turned out to be a fake. I contacted Viofo to inquire about the status since the tracking number still shows the package was never even picked up at their warehouse. Now they informed me that they don't have the camera in stock, so they have stolen both my payment and my original camera. They have committed fraud against me and my only recourse is to share my experience with other potential customers to spare them from also being defrauded by Viofo.
