I’ve enjoyed using my VIOFO front and rear dash cam. I put a lot of boxes in my car and unfortunately broke my rear dash cam. When I ordered a replacement I ordered the wrong model and couldn’t get it to work. When I reached out to support they were very helpful and detailed with their response. We were eventually able to resolve the issue and they even refunded my purchase of the incorrect rear dash cam. Seems like a great company!

Viofo has the greatest customer service of all time. They are so kind and will thoughtfully help you troubleshoot any issues that you have with their products. If there is an issue with a piece of a product you own made by them, they will do everything within their power to make it right by either offering you a warranty replacement or you can purchase pieces of the product to replace the broken parts. Really, I have had 5-star experiences every time I have reached out to customer support. Fantastic company.

Purchased VIOFO A229 plus less than a year ago and I the front camera stopped working. I contacted customer service and they shipped me out a replacement after it was determined that the old camera couldn’t be repaired. Glad to find a company that stands behind their product!
