Viofo has a winning combination: 1) a product that has great features and build quality. 2) a friendly support group that responds quickly to resolve issues. The purchase and installation of an a229 pro went smoothly and is working perfectly. I purchased a GPS module mount so I can move the unit to my recreation vehicle and unfortunately, the shipment was lost. I contacted Viofo support and they responded within a day, and suggested a reasonable wait period. When that expired, I requested a reship and it went out the very next day and I received it within a week. The support representative I dealt with (Josie Zhang) was amazing to deal with. I highly recommend Viofo!

I've had a Viofo A119 V3 for over 6 years and haven't had any issues. Bought a A229 Duo about 7 months ago and just started having an issue where it constantly restarted over and over. Contacted support and quickly worked out the issue and they are sending a replacement. Quick response, simple and straightforward communication and replacing a faulty part. Pretty good for this day and age.

After communicating with Annie from customer service I can say I’m extremely grateful for her help in resolving a technical issue, She was very professional in her knowledge and has helped me twice now, Even better there’s a new app which is amazing and does just about everything you need from it, it’s simple to set up and all info crossed over from the original app, You can now download any media straight to your device from an easy to use menu, Well done VIOFO techs for creating the new app, The video and picture quality is excellent and so much more stable than n##tb###, All in all this is a must have for any driver, Thanks again Annie.

Great experience with Viofo. I've had two of their dash cams. The first one lasted over 7 years when I sold the car. The second one had an issue but their customer service was quick to trouble shoot and send me a replacement.

He was the epitome of encyclopedic information about my system and my purpose in buying this product! Having a courteous, patient, technically, and tactically proficient tech like him is a huge benefit to your clients, and a tough act for your competitors, to match! I did a fair bit of research comparing price, image quality, and how well license plates can be read in different lighting conditions, including at night. The Viofo A139P ticked all the boxes. Image quality is consistently sharp during the day and holds up well at night, with good dynamic range and plate legibility. Viofo support was also excellent. They were responsive over email, helped diagnose an issue quickly, and organised a replacement without any hassle.
