I purchased a Viofo A329S 2 channel dash cam and it worked until I updated the firmware a day or two later. After the update it got into a boot loop and wouldn’t do anything. I requested a warranty replacement and Support approved it a couple days later. It took 15 days at least, to receive the new cam but it worked perfectly. Then I realized the CPL was left on the one I returned and after I let them know, they flagged their return vendor to watch for my package. While it took a few weeks, I received the CPL today. The video and photos are excellent quality, customer support is fantastic and I can’t say enough how happy I am picking this dash cam. Thanks, Viofo and Nancy Ma!

I use multiple Viofo cameras and have recommended them to both friends and family. The quality of their products is excellent and they are built to last. You simply cannot compare them to cheap cameras from unknown brands. They are easy to use, the image quality is crisp and sharp, and accessing videos via Wi-Fi is seamless. As for the Viofo online shop, they offer great deals and an extra year of warranty. I also had to contact their customer support once, and they were incredibly helpful. All in all, it's a fantastic brand!

I mistakenly purchased polarising filters I didn’t need & then compounded my problem by buying an interior cable instead of a rear camera cable. The support team were very understanding & allowed me to mail the unused items back for a refund I love the clarity of the Viofo dashcams - we have two cars, one with A229 & other with A329 - and the A229 gave us a very helpful record when a car was pushed into our path whilst we were travelling at 100kph. That camera now installed to our replacement car

Purchased A229U 3 channel from India website. My car only had USB-A and USB-C port. Was unable to plug in all 3 camera via USB-A port. The support understood the problem and shipped a custom USB-C cable. I really like the video quality.

I love my cameras, quality, and material. Hope they last for a lifetime. At first I was having a hard time getting them to work but it was me that couldn’t figure it out. Customer service was so dam helpful, but they are in another country so they will answer during sleeping hours, so you have to be patient but it’s worth it I guarantee it.

I was excited to see Viofo came out with the OBDII connector for power that also allows for parking monitoring! I placed the order via Viofo website as soon as they released them where, do to demand there was a small wait. I contacted support where Josie was responsive, personable and communicative keeping updated on the status of shipping. Great customer service and another great product from Viofo!

I had to contact Viofo for some technical issues I was having wiht a camera. They respond very quickly and were super helpful. A pleasure to do business with a company that backs their products with great support!
