I bought A329S 3Ch dashcam, BP100 and EP100 and instaslled to my new car but it did not work. I thought it is a problem on the dashcam or wiring. So I contacted VIOFO Support Team for help. Their analysis was 8m modified wiring might drop the voltage and could not supply enough power and recommend HK6 hardwire kit instead of original wirekit in BP100. So I tried and it was successful. Now my dashcam works perfect. I appreciate the help of VIOFO Support Team.

I had a very serious issue with my VIOFO A229 Plus Dashcam. After I shipped back my faulty dashcam, Annie Shi from the Support Team was super helpful and responsive to mail me a replacement since I was within warranty.

Really great product. Takes a little planning to install so just take your time. Had a small problem with the app but customer service was great and got me all sorted in no time at all. Overall a great product and service.

We sold our gas car and bought an EV. I wanted to get a new dash cam for it and bought a Viofo A329S. My EV doesn't have a cigarette adapter, so I contacted Viofo and they shipped me a free USB-C cable I can use with the dash cam in my car. I looked into the new BP100 battery pack and bought it as well so I can run the dash cam when my EV is parked. After I purchased it, I read online that my EV will need two sets of fuse taps. I contacted Viofo again to ask what kind of fuse taps I needed to buy for my EV. They sent me a set of fuse taps for free. I was very impressed with the post-purchase customer service that Viofo provided after I purchased the A329S dash cam and BP100 battery pack. Highly recommended.

I sold my car and purchased another car and when transferring the camera to my home to clean the sticky adhesive to apply a new one so my new car could begin having a dashcam, I accidentally dropped the camera and broke it. Cassie at viofo support was quick to respond to my situation, offered a clean solution, shipped out a new camera, and was just overall pleasant to speak to. I am a VIOFO supporter! 10/10
