Had an issue with my A129 getting stuck on the start up screen. Josie Z was very helpful in working with me to resolve the issue. When these did not work she helped me purchase a replacement camera. Great staff!!!

Very helpful customer service!

Excellent customer service. The adhesive holding the camera to the windshield failed. I posted on a message board that I wasn't happy and the next thing I know Viofo was reaching out. They apologized profusely, even though I probably installed it wrong because I'm an idiot, were nice enough to send me more adhesive pads right away and about a week later I had them in hand, free of charge. Excellent customer service as far as I'm concerned. Will definitely buy again.

Yup. I'm one of the fivers. Didn't think I would be but I was so impressed with the customer service from Annie I just had to. Simply; had a problem with my A229s not showing WiFi. Complained. Got a new one. It works. Simple.

I contacted VIOFO on a problem with my camera. It was not powering up. We came to the conclusion the unit was dead. It was beyond its warranty, however, they had me send it in and they replaced it with a different unit. They were very nice and went above and beyond to help me out.
