I had to get my windshield replaced, and the technician who completed that service ripped my dashcam off the windshield before letting me remove it myself - the adhesive they gave me afterwards was generic double-sided tape. Anyone who has ever been to Texas when it's hot knows that it won't hold anything for long. I reached out to customer service to figure out what to use instead, since I didn't have another piece of adhesive that came with the camera. They were quick to get back to me, and were super helpful (and fast) about getting me more adhesive. They followed up with each step of the process, so I never felt like I was in the dark about where I was in the replacement phase. I have zero reservations about reaching out to them again for anything.

I purchased a VIOFO A129 Dual Channel 5GHz Wi-Fi Full HD Dash Camera. After a few years, my camera has stopped responding. I contacted support and received excellent assistance until the problem was fully resolved. I'm recommending Viofo because their products are reliable and their support is outstanding. BTW, I own two A129 Dash Cameras.
