Watch will not stay running after one week. Put a new battery in place, no difference. Read their instructions over and over and no difference ... waiting and waiting for a return and refund approval.

I ordered one of their “seiko” watches. Coming from the far east it took over three weeks for delivery. No instructions came with the watch. This would have been my 15th in my collection. No matter what I did the watch wouldn’t function as desired. I asked for a refund, sent the watch back to the Netherlands as instructed. Now it’s been well over a month and no refund.

I ordered a watch mid May. It’s now almost July. I still don’t have it. Each time I checked on the status of the watch, it said it was in Memphis at the FedEx hub. Funny thing is when I contacted VintMod customer service, they had nothing to offer other than, it’s in transit. After over a month and a half of waiting, I tried to cancel the order. You can’t do that I guess. I had no idea a watch made in Japan would ship from China. Why is this? If I had known this was a Chinese company, I would have never placed the order. More than likely, this is a fraudulent product from China. It’s almost certain it’s not a legit Seiko movement. I wouldn’t recommend buying anything from this company. Their customer service sucks and their watches are presumably junk. I wouldn’t know because my $270 order hasn’t arrived yet. Stay clear of this company. You’re gambling when you order from them.

The watch is beautiful and I love it but it took a long time to be delivered (ordered 17th May and delivered 28th May) and then two weeks later on 10th June it stopped working. I had only worn it a few days in that time. The real issue is I am getting nowhere with Vint Mod on a replacement or refund and we are now at the end of June. They last email to me stated its now out of the 30 day return period so nothing they could do! I am now asking my payment provider to reverse the transaction as the good were clearly not of merchantable quality. Very poor performance by their support team and responses are very fragmented and it's clear they are sent from lots of different support agents. Its a real shame as the product looks amazing and I'm very disappointed not to have it on my wrist and and enjoy it.

Very nice watch. after small delivery issue, all was taken care of professionally and with constant contact as to my happiness. good company and will purchase again.

An amazing watch and amazing service. Love the watch & I ordered 2. Needed to change the band length on one and couldn’t figure it out. Daniel went to the trouble of making a short video showing how to do it and sent to me. Service of a long gone era is still alive.
