Incredible customer service! Our business ordered 2 screens that came in the wrong size, so we sent an email over to the team at Vintez. I received a response from Anastasia, who offered to replace them with the correct size free of charge and no need to return the old ones! Now we have the new ones and they are perfect, but I'd recommend ordering one size larger than needed for extra screen coverage.

I originally ordered a 27" screen for my iMac from Amazon. The product arrived in just the original product box which was open. When I took the screen protector out to install it, I discovered that it had a small chip missing on the left side of the screen. I could have used the screen protector, but it was an unsightly blemish. I immediately contacted the screen protector company at the website given on the materials packaged with the screen. I sent a picture of the damaged screen and explained how it had arrived. In a matter of hours, I had a response from the company. They said they were sending out a new screen and that I didn't need to return the first one. True to their word, the new screen arrived a few days later (on a holiday even) from the home company in a protected box. The screen was in perfect condition. They also sent a small gift for my trouble. The screen was very simple to install (good, clear directions), and I have already noticed that it has made my eyes less tired and dry. Wonderful service and excellent product!

They offer excellent service, I ordered a laptop screen protector from them on amazon, the size did not fit my laptop (it was my mistake for not reading carefully) I realized it was my mistake until after I emailed them and oh well, even so, even though it had been my fault, they sent me a replacement at no extra charge which fit my laptop perfectly, they are definitely super attentive, I highly recommend buying from this store
