Great experience! I ordered a hoodie and ended up needing a smaller size. The exchange process was incredibly easy and hassle-free, and the customer service was excellent throughout. They took care of everything with no problem at all, and I really appreciated how accommodating they were. Great product, great service, and I’d definitely order from them again. Highly recommend!

There was a misunderstanding with the sizing of the shirt I ordered. Emily at customer service was amazing. She replaced my shirt for free and let me keep the incorrect shirt. The new shirt was perfect. I will definitely purchase from them again.

The t-shirs look great, have excellent quality and are very well printed. I had some problems with the delivery but Emily, customer support representative is very helpful and professional. Honnêtement les t-shirts sont très bien réalisés, ont vraiment dépassés mes attentes J'ai eu des problèmes de livraison mais Emily, la représentante au service à la clientèle est très professionnelle et efficace.

I've been unsuccessfully scouring the internet for a very specific tank top for quite a while now and I found exactly what I wanted at Vintagenclassic!!! There was a small hiccup in what I could order but Emily at Vintagenclassic was super transparent with me about the small issue, quickly explained it and I was even very fairly compensated. I've received the tank top and couldn't be happier with it. Looking forward to my next order. -Dan Gravelle

Very helpful, they nice find above n beyond to make my designs a reality . Great communications, they are great to deal with. I will again n again in the future.

Very nice tshirts there was a minor problem that was corrected right away would diffentley buy again

I have purchased three items (going on four) over the past couple of years, and am more than happy with the outcome. They were very responsive and were able to print all of my requests. I was hesitant utilizing a vendor out-of-state, but now I am a repeat customer.

I really liked their designs and they were helpful in responding to my questions when it came to ordering. Prior to ordering I also asked and confirmed their return policy. I received my sweatshirts and were pretty happy with them, but need to return part of it. I have been trying to contact them via email for weeks to initiate the return since there is no customer service number, but have not received any response. Meanwhile I was searching other products on their site and promptly received an email asking if I needed help placing my order. I asked a question and got an email back with an answer right away, but as soon as I inquired about the return process on my original order, NOTHING! They suck you in to make a purchase but make it incredibly impossible to return. I understand if the policy said no returns, but it is clearly stated, plus I even asked to confirm the policy to make sure. Initially I would have recommended this retailer, but until I hear back from them, I can not. Be careful.
