they are one of the few places that are fair to everyone - pleasant to work with don't have constant "sales" fair to both the customer and the consigner and the staff is so sweet

my wife was a customer of this company for many years. But the last order that she placed was a real mess and never reached her. The owners could not care less and did not respond to her messages. They also kept her Chanel blazer $1K worth that she asked them to include with a future shipment.
