According to our records there is no customer registered under the username [email protected] however based on the order number YHM4-U1303231438-14CAA I was able to locate a username under [email protected]. The order was for a single Vehicle History Report for $14.95 purchased on 03-13-2023 14:39:06. According to our records the customer created a refund ticket and was fully refunded on the date of 03-18-2023 03:37:04. As per the customer complaint, I wish to kindly inform her that NMVTIS data is not free, and our bulk purchase contract allows us to pass on the savings to our customers by offering one of the most competitive pricing options in the industry.
