I purchased the 3 vehicle look up package. What a joke! There was zero information for any category. Zero! I had just recently transferred title of all 3 vehicles, and there was no information about ownership, at anytime during the history of the vehicle. No specs, no market price, no lien sale information, I had just purchased a stolen motorcycle, that had been likened by the tow company. No towing records, no theft records, no lien sale records, nothing at all! Do not use this vin look up.

Ran and paid for the report and it showed that there were no accidents. For giggles, I also ran a Carfax report and it showed that the car was indeed involved in an accident. As always, you get what you pay for... buyer beware.

It's fake reports I paid for a vin check, they showed no accidents, fortunately I checked Saskatchewan vin check and it shows twice Total lost in collision. Please don't waste your money.

I did purchase the 3 report package and ran a report for my own car (as I was looking for annual registration mileage). This information is public and readily available for vendors to look up and report on but the VINcheckup had none of this information. When I emailed to complain about this I was given the runaround and they pretty much stated that they guarantee no accuracy and or completeness of their information. The response I received was as follows:I ended up purchasing a Carfax report which obviously has the information I was looking for.. ----------------- Thank you for contacting us. This website is a scam, the report did not give me any of the information that was originally promised
Response from VinCheckUpJul 17, 2023
We were unable to locate anyone matching the Nadim Ihsani name however, we were able to locate a customer under the name of Ahmad Nadim Ihsani. We believe this is the same individual as the reviewer. After checking our system, I can see that Ahmed possibly navigated away from the report screen prior to the report completing loading causing a technical error to register in the system and the the report not to fully load with missing header/data fields. There could also be other technical reasons why the report did not fully load but most common are local issues which are not always in our control. Also, after checking the ticketing system we can see that our support staff issued Ahmed a refund shortly after on 7/17/23 8:45am

This website is a SCAM. The report I received had a completely different vehicle listed with different specs. I paid through paypal and opened a case for a refund.

We did some research into this account user [email protected] and it appears that they were using VinCheckUp to look up some commercial or possibly recreational non standardized VIN. A report for this vehicle is saved in the user’s account. I was also able to reference the ticketing system and I can clearly see that the user received a full refund for the order on 06/05/23 approximately 24 hours within the purchase date.
