I had a very smooth, easy, process of receiving the items that I did whilst working with the "Viking Cycle" brand via Livia! She was very quick to respond, and answered any question I had, even with sizing, and certain pricing concerns. She was very kind and considerate while talking to me, and if Livia is the Epitome of the "Viking Cycle" Brand, and their Customer Service and sales department, then I can most definitely see myself working with them again in the future. I have no complaints, she was fantastic to work with!! The Bag seems to have a very sturdy feel, with a VERY smooth zipper almost as if your unzipping a tent, it's like butter! The Jacket is heavy, but in a comforting way, making you feel that if you go down, your going to be ok! Great products, and a fantastic customer relations department to back it up =)

Shipping was fast and the jackets i received are great. Fit true to size. Customer Service & Catherine was great. She helped in getting me what I wanted.

I had such and amazing experience with the help of Livia! Viking makes such great products and I had the most pleasant help maneuvering to get to the product I needed which was some awesome gloves. 10/10 in all categories and I would reccomend this product to all my friends and new friends as well!

I recently ordered a backpack from Viking Cycle and was very pleased with my purchase. Joesph Lampson was great with providing the help I needed to decide what I wanted & showed excellent customer service skills. I received my backpack super fast. It is made of a durable material that will hold up to a lot of use and has plenty of pockets and room to pack whatever you may need for you trips.

Great customer service from Joseph Lampson. I ordered a leather vest and he was able to answer all questions pertaining to my order. Once the order was placed he followed up to make sure the item was received in a timely manner and in good shape. The whole experience has been easy and no hassle. The quality of the vest is great for the price, overall a good value.

I received a Viking Cycle vest as well as the mesh women's jacket. Both fit like they should. They are made of quality material and have plenty of pocket space. Customer service from Joseph Lampson was very helpful. I would buy from them again.
