Scammed me £605. Extremely gutted.

They say they made the refunds but I still haven't received my refund. It's been 40 days. They activated their website but there is no way to contact me. I reached out via Telegram but they see the message but they don't respond.

They just replied to my review saying I was refunded, but I have not received my sent amounts to vigorswap.io few weeks ago. I just checked. The website is back, but I sent an email to support(AT)vigorswap.io and it gets returned to me with email address not found. Please be aware. Started a swap 1.5 days ago. Haven't received anything. Zero customer support. The platform is 100% scam, shame on SwapSpace for allowing a swap route through this shady af platform.

Absolutely same as previous feedback: this exchange started exchange and disappeared. Not small money amount seems to be lost. Fully NOT recommend.
