Take care booking sleeper cabins
We booked 3 overnight sleeper tickets through Sapaly Express but the confirmation came from Vietnam-railway.com. If you do not want to share a sleeper cabin with someone you don’t know, you have to buy ALL the tickets for the cabin. Do not get caught out because we were 3 women travelling together and they sold the 4th bed to a man who was a stranger. When I complained they said they can’t access our personal information but we had to provide copies of our passports in order to book.
