ViessoReviews of viesso.com

I’m mad at myself for not writing his name down, but I believe it was Ryan, who was so incredibly helpful to me during the selection of a small sized Pappelina Asta rug to be used for color selection purposes of tiles, countertops, etc. We are renovating a 1907 home in Portland Maine, and are designing our kitchen and back hallway area around these wonderful rugs! We will be ordering several more once we are ready to move in. I cannot tell you how helpful and easy he was to deal with. Viesso prices are better than your competitors and free shipping was a big Plus as well. Thank you so much! I’ve shown the rug to dozens of friends, contractors, people within the industry and everyone is freaking out about how awesome they are! I hope to send you lots of business. You’re awesome :-)

My experience with Viesso was exceptional. Top class customer service, great communication and I'm super happy with my new eco-friendly couch. I'll certainly be dealing with them again.

Took SO long but it was worth the wait!!! Amazing quality, easy to clean, and so many compliments!

I had an outstanding experience with Viesso! Not only are their products gorgeous and eco-friendly (no stinky chemicals, quality woods and fabrics that will last a long time), but I'm amazed at how hands-on their customer service is. Trevor Link answered every question thoroughly, followed up promptly, made excellent design suggestions based on my needs, taste, and the photos I'd sent him, and when there was a small glitch in the delivery (not Viesso's fault; a third-party), they immediately made things right and offered a discount to boot. Then they followed up again to make sure I was happy. Who does this nowadays? Purchasing furniture can be stressful, but the entire team (Trevor, Travis, Daniel) here is a delight to work with and couldn't have been more helpful at every step of the process. I'll definitely be shopping here again.

We bought the Rio Chaise Sectional XL. It is well built and the upholstery job is beautiful. We went with the poly foam and fiber pillows. Very comfortable.

My contact with Viesso went on for several months, as I was trying to decide which sofa to purchase. Customer Service was most helpful in explaining to me the differences in the products and reassuring me that everything was eco-friendly and non-toxic. I asked many questions & received many answers. When I finally got the sofa I picked, it was too low, so I contact my Viesso rep. again & she suggested we swap out the legs for taller ones. This was done in a matter of a couple of weeks and now I am completely satisfied. My customer service rep. was Amira.

Very good experience shopping at Viesso, thank you. Friendly and responsive customer service.

My friend told me about this furniture store in Cali that has all this cool type of urban furniture. I purchased some nice pieces online and got to Miami location with the quickness. Great Service and great products..
