the watch looks ok but quality is poor i.e. feel. simple to use in some case but also very annoying. as for the app recommended for download from QR code on box is what i can only describe as an absolute Piece! constant and riddled with adverts that you have to wait to finish or press the tiny little x boxes in corner to close but sometimes end up on the the advert page conveniently 😠 . yodo sports app is what I'm talking about so know. lots of inaccurate readings in heart rate, blood pressures, steps and don't get me started on sleep pattern record. most times does not record any sleep activity whatsoever. also always seem to have syncing issues or even connectivity issues. these cost £13 in poundland. all in all don't waste your money may as well set your money on fire or donate to a charity if you are feeling rich. point being, i suggest in seriously checking reviews of a product and invest that little bit more in buying a smart sports watch. get what you pay for as they say.
