Ho ordinato dei comodini da questo negozio on line. Acquisto completato in data 7 settembre 2024, pacco consegnato in data 11 novembre 2024. Il pacco conteneva due comodini di pessima qualità e comunque rotti a causa di un cattivo imballaggio che non ha protetto il contenuto della scatola. Ho chiesto un rimborso integrale al venditore tramite Paypal ma alla data odierna offre solo un rimborso parziale di circa il 50% del prezzo di acquisto. Esperienza lunga e disastrosa, non consiglio assolutamente questo venditore

Wish I could put 0. Ordered two sets of bedside drawers to the U.K. with an estimated wait of 2 weeks. Heard nothing at all from the company post order. Had to chase for a while until they told us delivery would take longer as we were abroad from them. At first, they told us they were based in Germany before then telling us they were based in China. I’ve had to none stop chase for weeks to even get a tracking number for our item. Our products have arrived today, 43 days later. Drawers are broken, smaller and different than described (it says wood, it’s wood covered in cheap fabric). I have photographic evidence of this. Chased them for a refund but they insisted on me shipping back to China (over £140). Utterly disgusting as advertise themselves as a Europe based business. Once I had paid, they told me they didn’t want the items back anymore. Still refusing full refund and going through a process with PayPal. This business is actually a registered light shade company in China. Please do not order from this site!!!!
