The only reason VicTsing received one star is because it's not possible to give them fewer. Our order was never received, and multiple attempts to contact them failed. They never answered their e-mail, and their listed US phone number was always busy. I tried calling their Canada number, but that has been disconnected. Run don't walk, as far away from these guys as it's possible to get. You're 100% guaranteed to loose your money. They're a classic scam

A mouse I purchased on Amazon malfunctions within warranty, but VicTsing cannot be reached. I send them 6 emails , each 2-3 days apart and .. nothing! The phone number published on Amazon plays a recording "this number is active after 8pm" and hangs up.

Don't expect any help or support on damaged or malfunctioning products. They will claim no responsibility and ask you a bunch of pointless questions in the process.
