I made a mistake ordering the sunglasses and tried to cancel right away. The company would not cancel the order. The company told me I could return the sunglasses once they arrived. It took a month for sunglasses to arrive and the company charged me taxes on the product. I live in NH and we do not have tax on merchandise. Now I am told I have to pay for the return. Once again I have to pay for shipping. This company is not credtable. The sunglasses are not as advertised and the deliver service is poor.

This company is a scam do not under any circumstances do business with them. Paid for item got tracking information never received item even though tracking showed delivery. With delivery nothing in all the years I have lived where I do has been delivery at that time of day. Contacted the git an automated response that was no help. Can not get a refund because it shows as delivered.

I believe this is a scam. I ordered a peeler-grater online, paid for it. I received an email with a tracking number, but when I try to check on the status, the website for the tracking number does not load and does not work. When I have written asking for the status, I get a runaround non-answer. It's been 3 weeks.

My status says delivered. It Was not delivered. Do you have a photo? Why didn’t they ring my bell? I am home all the time. I will contact my bank for refund! Very disappointed!

Ordered 1 set the next morning, order confirmation email showed 2 orders on June 11th. I emailed that morning to cancel one of those orders was told to late orders were already processed, but it was the 20th of June that I got tracking info. Got the parcels June 30.
