We really enjoy working with Cathy Bates!

The whole team has been fantastic to work with. Very responsive, knowledgable, and hard working. Very impressed and would definitely recommend them! Thank you Nancy, Tiffany and team!

Nice people! Great service.

Good customer service.

Excellent customer service! Cathy made everything so easy, and the rest of the team worked hard to meet our deadline. Will definitely be working with this team again!

Wonderful experience from start to finish. I feel fortunate to have had the capable assistance of Marissa Cote. She was personable and professional and turned the project around within a couple of days. The subtitles/captions were done beautifully, exactly as I'd specified. And since this was my first time captioning, Marissa's suggestions regarding style and color of the captions were much appreciated. And I was happy with the price.

A great service indeed

Awesome experience due to the great customer service. I asked for quotes from multiple companies and Vicaps reached out within an hour, while I have yet to receive quotes from those other companies. Highly recommend
