I'm happy with most of the experience, shopping at Vica Jewelry has been a good decision. I would like to give 5 stars, the reason that I give 4 instead of the 5 has nothing to do with the product, but the package. I believe it needs bit more protection, one of my items was not in the best conditions, and another one was hanging out of the box, somehow the bag was open, the jewelry was loose in the box which had 2 openings were one of the items was showing. Besides that everything else was great. I know they can fix that, and do it much better. Thanks!
