Overcome Pelvic Pain course and Michael Hodge was truly a God send to mem back in May of 2021. I realized that all the prostate problems I had been having off and for over 25 years were Pelvic issues. Yes, I had prostate infections in the past but I was always told antibiotics would do the trick and of course often times they did. Last year they did not, I found Overcome Pelvic Pain course and decided to do the exercises twice daily and continue to this day doing them twice daily. Please, do not crap out because you dont see results immediately. As with any exercise and meditation program you wont see immediate results and that teaches us to be patient with ourselves and our bodies. I know you men out there will find relief if you stick with this. Listen to your Urologists etc but a lot of times Doctors (and I am one) want to throw medicines at you cause it gets you out of the office faster. If you can afford a Physical Therapist who specializes in the Pelvic Floor you need to hire one. Some insurances do pay for Physical Therapy and you will only have to pay your copay. I found one here in Tucson and she is excellent and has given me added exercises on top of the one's Michael does on the program. Stick with all the things you are doing for your health. It can be done.

Neftali, what an inspiring message of hope and optimism, amidst some major challenges that you have experienced, thank you for sharing! And yes, not giving up, just because you don't see immediate results early on is so important, as you are naturally addressing the imbalances in your body and mind, which lead to long term improvement. Thank you for sharing.

15 months ago I suddenly felt a burning pain down below. Thought I had a UTI. I was diagnosed with Vulvodynia. I was told it was pelvic tension. Nothing the Gynae offered me helped. I came across Bri's videos on YouTube. I was curious. I soon came across the Overcome Programme. The cost wasn't much more than the cost of one consultation with the private Gynae. I tried the trial, then took a leap of faith and bought the course. After 8 months I had reduced my pain score by half. I like and recommend the programme. I can't ride my bike yet but am having comfortable and pain free sex. Yay! My story has a complication, and may explain why a. my progress was slow, and b. I am not yet pain free...After 9 months I finally came to the top of the NHS queue and was seen by a different Gynae at a specialist Vulval Clinic at a big London hospital. They gave me a new diagnosis of Lichen Sclerosis which will need to be treated with steroids. I think the testament to the Overcome Programme is that I was able to reduce my pain scores by 50% just using the programme! Because my condition had been misdiagnosed, I wasn't even receiving any medical treatment for the Lichen Sclerosis and the Overcome Programme still had a huge effect. In fact, the NHS Gynae was all for it and told me a holistic treatment plan is really important for my condition and to keep using my Overcome Programme along with the medical treatment they are now providing ie the steroid ointment. I am confident I will ride my bike (soon). In my experience the body has an amazing capacity to heal. It is important to understand that sometimes it just takes time. Good luck!

THANK YOU for sharing your story. It's amazing that even with a misdiagnosis, you were able to reduce your pain scores by half and have comfortable sex just using the Overcome program! Now that you have the proper medication for your condition, and are still using the holistic aspects of Overcome, you're in a great position to get back on your bike. Sending you best wishes for what's ahead, and a big "congratulations" for being so persistent, dedicated, and patient with your healing.

Over the last 5 or so years I have found Dr Bri’s advice, You Tube clips, podcasts and support invaluable. As I trust her advice and knowledge I bought LIFT about 6 months ago - I conscientiously followed the programme and have definitely experienced benefits. I now need to be more conscientious on the maintenance programme! I am 64 years old and I have a rectocele diagnosed about 6 years ago - I am much more informed about prolapse, how to manage it and more confident - mainly due to Dr Bri’s support. Thank you!

Maggie, I'm so glad that you experienced benefits from following Lift! Even if you don't do the maintenance routine every day, just living a "lifted lifestyle" (pelvic floor safe) is SO HELPFUL for long-term maintenance and results that will serve you for the rest of your life. I'm sure you've seen it already, but if you need a review of all of the Lift lifestyle tips, check out the "how to live a lifted lifestyle" video in the bonus trainings portion of Lift. Best wishes!

I’ve been watching Dr. Bri’s YouTube videos for a long time but I am so happy I finally decided to purchase her lift and overcome program. She is amazing at what she does and truly has a passion for helping men and women overcome they conditions even when they feel like giving up. Highly recommend to everyone her program included so much helpful information doctor and therapists may never tell you or explain. Every deserves to feel their and to have the support to feel like they can heal.

I have been doing the Overcome Pelvic Pain program since the beginning of December 2021. I have been trying to deal with muscle spasms caused during hysterectomy surgery. As a result, It has caused me burning in my vaginal and anal areas. This program is giving me encouragement & hope through the awesome positivity and affirmation of Dr. Brianna Grogan. She also believes that if something hurts when doing the exercise, stop doing it!! She always has a way of helping me to get through some challenging and painful periods when dealing with flare-ups. My progress is slower than many because I've had this issue for three years now, but Dr. Brianna always looks for ways to help me through those rough days and she said she would never give up on me as long as I don't give up on myself. She also has many videos in the program on deep breathing exercises, trigger point exercises, nutrition and how the muscles and connective tissue work together from head to toe. It's a comprehensive and compete package. Thank you, Dr. Bri for being the beautiful person you are and for truly loving what you do. You and your Overcome Program is truly an inspiration to me.

Dorothy, it has been a pleasure to work with you as you move through your slow + steady healing process! You're absolutely right, in Overcome we avoid the "no pain, no gain, push until it hurts" mentality. However, we always find ways to keep moving forward, even if it's slowly and gently, and even if it requires taking a step back to recalibrate! KEEP GOING, your results have been impressive even if they're slower than you'd hoped for. Sending you best wishes, and see you in the Overcome community :) -Dr. Bri

Dear Dr Bri I can't thank you enough for all that you do to help women heal. The passion you have to get this information out there speaks volumes! I was devastated to discover that I had a rectocele after feeling a 'pop'. I immediately began googling, looking for answers when I discovered your lift program. I bought it right away and immediately got started. I can't believe the results. My symptoms have improved dramatically which keeps me doing the exercises each and every day. I'm 66 years of age and with dedication to your wonderful lift program, I've proven to myself, no matter the age the body can heal. Thanks again. Poyin

The lift program and the community have been so helpful in making me feel more positive about myself and what my body is capable of. I love that I don't feel alone and that I have support. My prolapse isn't terrible, but the program gives me the tools and the hope that I can maintain my current level of prolapse and possibly make it better! The program has given me so much valuable information!! I highly recommend the Lift program and anything Dr. Bri puts together!!

Thank you for recognizing the community aspect along with the Lift program! It's true, you're not alone, and we're here for you every step of the way. ALSO: I think it's fantastic that you took steps to treat/manage your prolapse in the early stages. There's so much you can do, naturally, to maintain and even reverse your mild prolapse when you learn how to live a "lifted lifestyle" and keep your core muscles healthy, supple, and working together as a team (pelvic floor on up through the breathing diaphragm)! You're rocking it. Keep going! ~Bri
