I've been supported every step of the way with Dr. Bri's Liftprogram. I had a question before purchasing that the customer support specialist answered, and now that I'm in the Lift/FEmSquad community Dr. Bri and Dr. Sara are always available to answer questions and provide encouragement. Reading posts from other members in the community reminds me that I'm not alone, that my life is not over, and that there's so much I can do to protect my pelvic floor for life. This is one of the lightest, most supportive places on the internet for those of us with pelvic health issues.

I truly want to say I am so happy I developed prolapse. My life has changed so much since October, and all for the better because of Dr. Bri and her Lift program.

Dr Bri’s lift and overcome pelvic pain and tension have been brilliant for me as I was in constant daily pain 6 months ago (following pelvic surgery 2 years earlier) even finding normal activities difficult such as walking, carrying shopping etc. The stretches and strengthening along with the mind body exercises have been transformative for my health and quality of life now I go to water aerobics 3 times a week and run up and down the pool - something that was impossible 6 months ago. Dr Bri’s routines and support have been a joy to be part of and taking the time each day to do a work out or hips up before my work and family life is top priority thanks Bri!

Hi Dr Bri, I had prolapse surgery almost 7 years ago and have been in pain ever since. I have been to PFPT several times over the years and it would help for a little bit, but my pain always returned. I just completed Overcome and I have never felt this good over the past 7 years! I'm on week 4 of Lift ( out of 5 weeks) and have felt such a change in my low level symptoms. I feel so much stronger physically and emotionally and much more connected with my pelvic floor. Through Bri's guidance I feel that I will be able to heal and perhaps one day return to my 'old' exercise even. Her positive attitude is tangible and makes all the difference. The Facebook group you join when you enroll in the most supportive and useful space I've found on social media, because of her input but also all the other incredible women there. Bri also has a wealth of free resources on the Facebook group, on her podcast and on her YouTube page which have all been invaluable components too. The Lift program has changed my life. It has been such a wonderful way to strengthen my pelvic floor after having 4 kids. The program is a lovely slow progression with well explained exercises that I can easily follow. I enjoy doing these exercises, Brianne makes it fun!!! Brianne is an excellent teacher and has made a fantastic program that will help you get your body back to being active again!
