Great Experience with Viato's Onboarding Team
I've had a great experience with Viato so far, especially working with Joe through their Done For You onboarding. What impressed me most was the time Joe took to understand how I run my business, what our current processes look like, and what I'm ultimately trying to accomplish. He asked the right questions, listened, and never made me feel rushed. As a mortgage broker and business owner, I've spent a lot of time trying to find ways to improve our systems and automate more of what we do. What I really appreciated was that Joe didn't approach the conversation with a list of limitations or try to fit us into a standard setup. It felt more like, "Here's what you're trying to accomplish, now let's figure out how to make it happen." That was refreshing. I walked away feeling like he genuinely understood what I was looking for and that the possibilities were pretty wide open. We're still in the onboarding process, so I can't speak to the finished product just yet, but if the rest of the experience is anything like what I've experienced with Joe so far, I'm excited to see where this goes.
