Via CroatiaReviews of via-croatia.com

Exemplary customer service. We asked them to do a trip from Split to Dubrovnik without knowing what to expect and it turned out to be a most enjoyable and exciting holiday with new experiences to take home to treasure. We would definitely be relying on them again if we do go to Croatia. They are most attentive to our needs and demands and make our holiday most memorable.

I just returned from a fam trip to Croatia. It was excellent. The hotels were excellent, the guide was excellent. We had wonderful food and wine tastings and extensive sight seeing. I would not hesitate to recommend Via Tours Croatia to my clients. We were escorted by Ivana, one of the owners of the company, and I had the impression that they have excellent relationships with all of their suppliers, which gives me confidence to book my clients with them. Zvonimir did a fabulous job, my clients couldn't say enough good things about the trip, they loved every part of it, all went like clockwork, not one problem or unhappy moment. I will certainly use your company again and greatly appreciate your help in giving my clients a nice experience visiting Croatia. Sincerely, Donna Marie Lynch.

Worked with Ivana and her team on a trip to Croatia. Her team hit it out of the park every aspect was great the hotels, the guides and the side trips. This was a once in the lifetime trip and without Ivana and her team it would have been just a trip. Would use them again in a heartbeat. They are the BEST!!!! James and Mary

Where are the additional stars in the rating system? 5 stars just isn't enough. As a travel agent and a world traveler, I set the bar very high for my international experiences. Visiting Croatia with Via Tours Croatia marked my 40th and 41st countries visited (Montenegro was my 41st during the trip). Every detail that I could have imagined was taken care of by professionals who know the country inside and out. We visited locations that were highlight tourist spots but the best was when we ventured into areas that were remote and off the beaten path. Our tour leader Ivana and our tour guide Stella (the human encyclopedia) made us all feel like one big family. I trust them with my clients because I know they won't disappoint. I feel so blessed to have been a part of this magical and life changing trip. I look forward to working together on many trips in the future. Hvala!

Awesome tour operator! Professional, fun, first rate.

Via Tours Croatia is as professional as a tour operator can be. I had the pleasure of tour Croatia for 13 days with other travel professionals with Via Tours Croatia. Ivana Merkas, Sales Manager for the company joined us along with our knowledgeable and amazing tour guide, Stella. The trip was flawless! From the sightseeing to hotel choices to the cuisine, no stone was left unturned. Nothing was too much for our hosts to accomplish. Even when at the Montenegro border when one of our agents realized she left her passport in the room, Ivana made sure she was not left behind. They ordered a car to return to the hotel, picked up the passport and they met us while touring Montenegro. For touring Croatia and other destinations in the Balkan Region, there is only one company this travel professional trusts, and that is Via Tours Croatia. The range of products offered is far superior to other tour operators and they really do go out of their way to ensure your total satisfaction! Thank you Via Tours for providing the most memorable trip and introducing me to my new favorite destination!
