Awesome Account Managers!
I love working with Jessica B; she's an outstanding Account Manager and has been so helpful in my last 1.5years of working with her. Our latest hire has come from Vettery, and we are excited to bring this candidate on board! My only constructive criticism is that the filtering system isn't always ideal for helping me find the types of candidates I'm seeking. With broader parameters, there are hundreds of candidates who really don't make sense, and the good candidates are often buried. Being able to search by current company size/industry would be helpful. Also, having a one-step archiving process (perhaps a drop down when a candidate isn't a fit vs a second step of describing why would speed up the process when there are many to review!
