The team is absolutely wonderful to work with always friendly, responsive, and eager to help. Every request is handled quickly and with genuine care. Truly a pleasure collaborating with them!

I paid for my book to be published which they did. But then I paid for marketing and I kept getting delays, told things that weren’t true, and that we needed the copyright document. Once I got the document I let them know and nobody contacted me, so I requested a refund and they have now ghosted me. I can’t get them on the phone, text, or email. In their marketing contract it says “100% customer satisfaction guarantee or your money back.” But they have not given me back my money, I can’t get a hold of anyone to talk to, and now I have to submit complaints and then possibly hire an attorney to get my money back.

Adam Marshall was incredibly helpful throughout the printing process. My book came out beautifully the quality is superb, and every detail was handled with care. I'm beyond satisfied and would definitely use their service again.

Veterans Publishing House brought my children's book idea to life with vibrant illustrations and captivating content. Adam Marshall and his team were professional, attentive, and kept me updated throughout the entire process.

Monica is great. I'm only giving my books to her. Became great friends with her too. Ya'll ask for her team only ❤️
