I recently purchased the CVD TaC coating planetary SiC epitaxial susceptor from Veteksemicon, and I must say, the experience exceeded my expectations. From a product quality standpoint, the susceptor is outstanding—its uniform TaC coating offers excellent thermal stability and chemical resistance, making it perfect for high-temperature epitaxial processes. I’ve noticed a significant improvement in wafer consistency and process repeatability. Equally impressive was Veteksemicon's customer service. Their team was responsive, knowledgeable, and provided detailed technical support throughout the purchasing process. They ensured fast delivery and careful packaging. Overall, both the product and the service reflect a high level of professionalism and reliability. I highly recommend my friends to buy this product.
