Unprofessional platform with no customer support – not recommended
I tried Vestbee as a user and my experience was very negative! The platform appeared unprofessional, with no actual customer service or support available! Despite repeated attempts to reach out. The functionality was poor and provided no real value for me. A platform that claims to support entrepreneurs must at least deliver basic service and assistance. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend other founders to use this service until they address these serious shortcomings.
